# Callander K9 Policies: At a Glance

Welcome to Callander K9. Here is a quick summary of our main policies for secure playground bookings, training, courses, digital learning and merchandise.

## Playground Bookings

We ask for at least **24 hours' notice** when cancelling or changing a booking.

Late cancellations and missed sessions are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed.

## Weather and Safety

Our playgrounds remain open in most weather conditions.

If Callander K9 cancels a session because conditions are unsafe, customers will be offered an alternative date or an appropriate refund.

## Training Courses

Some courses require a minimum of three dogs.

If a course is postponed, customers will be offered revised dates.

Where revised dates are unsuitable, appropriate alternatives or refunds will be considered in accordance with statutory rights.

## Playground Passes

Our 4-for-3 passes provide four eligible sessions for the price of three.

Passes must be used according to their stated dog limits, eligible services and validity periods.

## Digital Products

Digital guides, audio resources and online learning materials are supplied electronically.

Where customers expressly consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge the loss of cancellation rights, the statutory cancellation right may end when supply begins.

Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content remain.

## Physical Merchandise

Where merchandise is sold online, applicable consumer delivery, cancellation, return and refund rights apply.

Details of charges and delivery arrangements are provided before purchase.

## Dog Welfare and Safety

Dogs must be supervised and handled responsibly.

We use reward-based, force-free methods.

Customers must follow playground safety rules, gate procedures and displayed notices.

## Privacy and CCTV

We use customer information to manage services, bookings, payments and communications.

CCTV may operate for safety and security.
