Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products: All eBooks, training bundles, and digital files are non-refundable once accessed. If you have any technical issues, please email leah@callanderk9.com.

• Playground & Training: We require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or refunds. Cancellations under 24 hours and "no-shows" are non-refundable.

• Group courses require a minimum of 3 dogs to run. If minimum numbers are not reached, the course start date may be postponed and existing bookings transferred to the revised dates.

• Weather: We stay open in most weather. If we must close for safety, you will be offered a full reschedule or credit.

• Subscriptions: Membership sessions must be used within the active period and do not roll over.
