By booking a session or purchasing a digital product from Callander K9 or Serenipaws Scotland, you agree to the following:

Dog Behaviour & Responsibility:

You are responsible for your dog at all times. While our fields are secure, you must supervise your dog and ensure they are handled safely.

Liability:

Callander K9 and Serenipaws Scotland are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, dogs, or property while using our facilities or following our digital training advice.

Minimum Course Numbers

All Callander K9 group courses require a minimum of 3 dogs booked to run. If the minimum number is not reached, Callander K9 reserves the right to postpone the course start date. Existing bookings will be transferred to the revised dates. If you are unable to attend the revised dates, please contact Callander K9 to discuss the options available.

Force-Free Commitment:

We are a positive-reinforcement business. The use of prong collars, choke chains, or electronic shock collars is strictly prohibited on our premises.

Professional Advice:

Our digital products and ebooks are for educational purposes.

They are not a substitute for professional veterinary or psychological medical advice.

Lifetime Access:

"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifespan of the product. If we ever retire a product, we will provide at least 30 days' notice so you can download the materials.
