Playground & Training: We require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or refunds. Cancellations under 24 hours and "no-shows" are non-refundable.

Weather: We stay open in most weather. If we must close for safety, you will be offered a full reschedule or credit.

Subscriptions: Membership sessions must be used within the active period and do not roll over.

💻 Digital Products & Lifetime Access
All items sold through our websites (including eBooks, guides, courses, videos, bundles, and lifetime access plans) are digital products.

No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the content is accessed.

Incorrect Purchases: Please review product descriptions and system requirements (e.g., PDF readers) carefully before purchasing.
📩 Technical Support & Access Issues
If you experience any issues accessing your files (broken links, download errors, or corrupted files), we are here to help.

⚠️ Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorised chargebacks for digital products are not permitted. As these products are "delivered" instantly, we keep logs of download access which will be submitted as proof of delivery in the event of a dispute.
💬 Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK Consumer Law regarding digital content that is proved to be faulty or not as described.

Dog Behaviour & Responsibility:
You are responsible for your dog at all times. While our fields are secure, you must supervise your dog and ensure they are handled safely.
Liability:
Callander K9 and Serenipaws Scotland are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, dogs, or property while using our facilities or following our digital training advice.
Force-Free Commitment:
We are a positive-reinforcement business. The use of prong collars, choke chains, or electronic shock collars is strictly prohibited on our premises.
Professional Advice:
Our digital products and ebooks (including ADHD/RSD materials) are for educational purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional veterinary or psychological medical advice.
Lifetime Access:
"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifespan of the product. If we ever retire a product, we will provide at least 30 days' notice so you can download the materials.
