All items sold through my website (eBooks, guides, courses, videos, downloads, templates, bundles and digital files) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

📌 No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any digital items purchased.

Digital Downloads

All digital products (eBooks, guides, templates, online training materials) are non-refundable.

Once downloaded, they cannot be returned, as the content cannot be “unseen” or returned.

Dog Training & Playground Services

Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or refund.

 

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

 

No-shows are non-refundable.

 

Weather: The field remains open in most weather. Only severe safety risks will result in cancellation, and in that case you will be offered a reschedule or credit.

 

Memberships, Passes & Subscriptions

Membership sessions must be used within the active time period.

 

Missed sessions do not roll over unless otherwise stated.

 

Refunds are not available for partially used passes or memberships.

 

2. Terms & Conditions

By booking or using any Callander K9 service, you agree to the following:

 

General

All dogs must be supervised by their owner at all times.

 

You accept full responsibility for your dog’s behaviour during sessions.

 

Callander K9 is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by dogs or owners.

 

Field Use

All waste must be picked up and placed in the designated bins.

 

Dogs must remain within the secure field boundaries.

 

You must ensure the gate is closed behind you.

 

Reactive dogs are welcome but must enter and exit safely using the instructions provided.

 

Training Services

Force-free, reward-based methods are mandatory—no prong, choke, or shock tools allowed.

 

Training progress depends on owner consistency; results cannot be guaranteed.

 

Weather & Safety

If conditions make the field unsafe, sessions will be rescheduled.

 

Owners must use appropriate footwear and consider weather on the day.
