Service Description
Easter Eggstravaganza - Saturday 4th April A calmer, more relaxed session for smaller, younger, or quieter dogs who prefer a gentler play experience. Ideal for those who enjoy socializing at their own pace. Our Group Playground sessions are designed to foster positive interactions among dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes, while providing owners with valuable insights into canine behaviour. These sessions provide a fantastic opportunity for dogs to learn appropriate social behaviours and for owners to deepen their understanding of canine body language helping keep ourselves, our children and our dogs safer. Please note, we may ask you to pop your dogs lead on from time to time, it is your responsibility to bring your dog back to you & help them calm down a little before going off to play again. Not only does it keep playing safe. It helps your dogs to learn to calm themself. Session Details: Time: Every Saturday Gentle Paws - 10am - 11am Adventure Paws 11:30 - 12:30 pm. Capacity: 8 - 10 dogs per session. Price per individual dog Supervision: A qualified trainer is present each week to offer support and tips however your dog is your responsibility at all times to keep them safe ❤️ Guidelines: Booking: Online booking is essential. 🎉🎉NEW - On our 4 for 3 plan, you can now use your 4 passes for either Gentle or Adventure playground 🎉🎉 ⛔ Male Dogs: A maximum of two unneutered males per session. (Over 12 months) ***Any non agreed bookings will be rearranged / refunded - Female Dogs: No bitches in season are allowed. - New Participants: Owners of new dogs must contact us beforehand to ensure a safe and gradual introduction. - Multiple Dogs: Each dog is £12 and must be accompanied by a responsible handler.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made in advance and paid in full to secure your slot. 1-1 training and behaviour sessions: – Can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your session at no charge – Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable Group classes and playground bookings: – Non-refundable unless cancelled by Callander K9 – May be rescheduled depending on availability Minimum numbers apply to group courses. If not met, sessions will be rescheduled or refunded in full. General rules: – Maximum 2 dogs per exclusive booking (unless agreed) – Dogs must be on lead outside the secure area – Please pick up after your dog – No digging or misuse of equipment – Dogs must be fit and well to attend By booking, you agree to these terms and accept use at your own risk.
